We're searching for a Business and Operations Analyst with:

An undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data science, engineering, economics, finance, statistics, or similar).

Interest in working on innovative solutions in the private real estate space.

3-4 years of data science experience, particularly in the specified areas.

Experience with event-based clickstream data (e.g., Google Analytics).

Proficiency in statistics, A/B testing, causal impact analyses.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel, with knowledge of data pipelines.

Business and financial modeling experience for early-stage startups or Investment Banking Background is a plus.

Proficiency in scientific programming, including data manipulation, modeling, and visualization in Python and SQL.

Ability to conduct independent research and apply research methods to real-world problems.

Ability to clearly communicate and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Energy, drive, and an ability to execute, with flexibility, agility, and resilience in a fast-paced executive-level environment.
